We create Almerea collections so that every piece lasts long and brings pleasure from the very first touch.
If the item is not suitable for you, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order — in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.

Return Policy

Returns are possible if the product:
  • has not been used or washed;
  • is in its original packaging;
  • has all labels attached and retains its original appearance.
The return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. For hygiene reasons, some product categories may be non-returnable — this information is indicated on the product page.
  • The product inspection takes up to 5 business days after we receive it.
  • The refund is issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
  • The funds are usually credited within 7–14 days after the return is confirmed.
We do not charge any additional fees. Bank or payment system fees may apply according to their rules.

After receiving your request, we will send you return instructions, including the return address and the next steps.

  • contact us within 48 hours after delivery;
  • attach photos;
