Which European countries do you ship to?

We ship to all European countries. Available shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address. If your country is not shown in the list, send us a message in the chat and we’ll advise you on the available shipping method. More information is available on the “Shipping & Payment” page.

Placing an order is quick and fully online:

  1. Choose a product
    Open the item you want, select the size/color (if available), and add it to your cart.

  2. Go to your cart
    Review your order and click “Checkout”.

  3. Enter your delivery details
    Fill in your name, address, phone number, and email — so we can send delivery updates.

  4. Choose a shipping method
    Available options are shown automatically based on your country.

  5. Select a payment method
    Bank card, Google Pay / Apple Pay, PayPal. Payments are processed via a secure payment service.

  6. Confirm your order
    After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We ship orders across Europe within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times depend on the country and the selected shipping method:

  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 1–3 business days

  • Finland: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

Yes, you can purchase a gift card from us — it is ordered like a regular product in our online store.

After payment, the card is delivered in digital format by email:

  • either directly to the recipient, if you provide their email address;

  • or to you, so you can forward it yourself or print it out and give it at a convenient time.

The gift card can be used for any products in the store and is activated with a unique code shown on the card.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping. You can add it to your order like a regular product:

  • the wrapping is available in the “Gift Wrapping” section;

  • it also appears in the recommended products block on each product page.

If you add gift wrapping to your cart, we carefully seal the selected item in a gift box before shipping. This option is suitable both for giving the gift in person and for sending it directly to the recipient.

Silk is a delicate material, and gentle care helps preserve the fabric’s smoothness and refined sheen for longer. In general, we recommend:

  • gentle washing by hand or on a delicate cycle;

  • cold or lukewarm water;

  • silk-specific detergents without harsh additives;

  • no spinning and no tumble drying — air dry only, flat or on a hanger, away from direct sunlight;

  • iron on the lowest setting on the reverse side or through a cloth.
