General information
These Terms govern the use of the Almerea.com website and all purchases made in the online store.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Products
We strive to present product descriptions, shades, and material textures as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings or the natural characteristics of natural fabrics.
Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR).
As the company is not VAT-registered, value added tax is not included in the price and is not added to the final order total.
We reserve the right to update prices and promotions without prior notice.
Order placement
The order is considered confirmed after it is placed on the website and the buyer receives a confirmation e-mail.
If an item is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the buyer and issue a refund.
Payment
We accept secure payment methods:
- Google Pay;
- Apple Pay;
- PayPal;
- Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard);
- Estonian bank payments
- Finnish bank payments
- Latvian bank payments
- Lithuanian bank payments
- other payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped. Payments are processed through secure payment services, and card details are not stored by Almerea.
Payments are processed through Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the online store in a secure environment: when paying via a bank link, in the secure environment of the relevant bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s bank details or credit card information. The agreement enters into force once the amount due has been credited to the online store’s bank account.
The owner of the online store is the data controller and transfers the personal data required for processing payments to the authorised data processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
We deliver orders throughout Europe via reliable logistics partners. The minimum order value for free delivery depends on the destination country and region. The current free delivery threshold is displayed at checkout after selecting the country and delivery method.

- Delivery times: depend on the country. On average, 2 to 7 days
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Almerea is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Returns and exchanges
The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
A return is possible if the item:
- has not been used;
- has not been washed;
- is in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons will be specified on the product page.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to the order placed (for example, an incorrect or defective item).
To return an item, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found on the Returns and Exchanges page.
Refunds are issued within 7–14 days after the returned item has been received.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are sent by e-mail. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Liability
The Almerea online store is liable for any lack of conformity or defects in the goods that existed at the time they were delivered to the customer.
The customer has the right to submit a claim within two years of receiving the goods. Any defect must be reported no later than two months after it is discovered by sending an email to info@almerea.com.
The online store is not liable for defects that arise after delivery due to improper use, inadequate care, normal wear and tear, or mechanical damage. Almerea is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party service providers, or force majeure circumstances beyond our control. If goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is liable, it will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the online store will reimburse the customer for all costs incurred under the sales contract. The online store will respond in writing to a complaint submitted by a consumer within 15 days.

Dispute Resolution
If the customer has any complaints regarding the online store, they should be submitted by email to info@almerea.com.
If the customer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information about the procedure and the application form is available here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between customers and the online store. The Committee reviews consumer complaints free of charge.
The customer may also use the European platform for online consumer dispute resolution.
Changes to the terms
Almerea reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
